Description
The HRN-100/2 is a multifunction voltage/frequency monitoring relay for 3-phase networks, featuring a backlit LCD display for easy configuration and real-time monitoring. It supports both 3-wire and 4-wire (with or without neutral) connections and can be configured to monitor upper and lower voltage thresholds, frequency, phase sequence, phase failure, and phase asymmetry (including neutral fail on 4-wire setups). The device is self-powered from the monitored voltage and measures true RMS AC voltage for accurate readings under non-sinusoidal conditions.
Both output relays (RL1 and RL2) can be configured independently, each with adjustable response delays (Pon, Ton, Toff) and a choice of Fail Safe or Non Fail Safe operation. A fault-memory function allows automatic or manual reset from a fault state, and the last five fault events are logged and retrievable from the display history. The transparent front cover can be sealed to protect settings from unauthorized changes, making the HRN-100/2 well suited for protecting motors, pumps, compressors, and other 3-phase equipment from damage caused by voltage anomalies.
